On the day of installation, we ask that you arrive with 1/4 tank of fuel or less, this allows for easier fuel transfer (and saves our techs from having a fuel bath).

Once the tank is installed, we fill until full to be able to complete the LM1 certification form and check over for any possible faults or leaks in the tank. We estimate $300 of fuel when quoting, but  on installation day we only charge you for fuel needed (with receipt kept as proof of purchase).
