A GROUND-UP DESIGN

Our new Roller Drawer System is a ground-up design that has been designed to match our key Product Design pillars -Practicality, Reliability & Affordability. The new drawer system has a number of key features.

ALUMINIUMCONSTRUCTION

4×4 drawer systems have been notoriously heavy. Our new IRONMAN 4X4 Roller Drawer Systems feature a combination of 6051-T5 & Die-cast aluminium and start at just 18kg for a single mid-height drawer.In-fact a steel fridge slide weighs around 22kg, where our mid-height roll-top drawer is just 23kg.That’s a fridge slide with storage and no additional weight cost.You can expect to see a 20-25% weight saving,when comparing a like-for-like twin full-heightfixed-floor system.

LIGHT,BUT NOT LIGHTWEIGHT

Despite the weight savings of the aluminium construction, our new Roller Drawer Systems are batting above the average for storage capacity and roller-top strength. Full length, full-height drawers are capable of holding 120kg per drawer (240kg combined) and the roll-top flooring, when fully extended, can handle a class-leading 100kg. Which can amply handle a fully loaded fridge/freezer.

ROLLED OUT &LOCKED OUT

Rollers are one of the most critical elements to any 4×4 Drawer system, and our new Roller Drawer System features a patented roller-bearing slide system, which requires little to no maintenance for the lifetime of the drawers. Additionally, all drawers feature a lock-out mechanism when extended to allow the convenient use of the drawers on an incline without having to hold the drawer open or worry about the drawer slamming shut on you.

PREMIUM AUTOMOTIVE FINISH

We’ve opted for a black mottled carpet to match the interior of modern four-wheel drives. The carpet is a fibre-bonded polypropylene slip-resistant carpet which will help stop items stored on top of the drawers from sliding around.The drawer fascias are manufactured from automotive grade ABS with a durable textured finish and feature sturdy cast alloy handles.

SIMPLY SMARTER

Slide-top drawers feature two T-slot channels finished with rubber trim to keep dirt out. Four anchors are provided per slide-top drawer, and kits can be purchased for fixed tops as an option. All drawers feature internal strip lighting, powered by 2x AA batteries (no wiring required) taking the headaches away from finding your gear in the dark. All our full height drawers are lockable for extra security.

850mm – Suited to smaller wagons (Everest, MU-X, Prado)

950mm – Suited to larger wagons (LandCruiser, Patrol)

1250mm – Suited to Dual Cab UtesEach length is available in a full-height and a mid-height option.

Full-height drawers are 280mm high (external)Mid-height drawers are 190mm high (external).
